BLOGTORANK EULA - TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO USE THIS SITE AND SOFTWARE
BlogToRank is an Application based service and subject to the BlogToRank license agreement. If you intend NOT to abide by the license, policy or rules, then do not proceed no further.
A few key points "BlogToRank" wishes to burn into your brain:
License Agreement and Policy
You may not copy, re-engineer, borrow, steal, or use any part of BlogToRank without subjecting yourself to a team of lawyers ready to blow fire in your face. We have successfully litigated against past offenders of our software and products. If needing our Attorney's Information so if you decide to do so. Feel free to e-mail BlogToRank.com
You may not use BlogToRank in any manner which jeopardizes its functionality or reflects negatively upon its reputation as a legitimate multi-blogging tool for ORIGINAL or AUTHORIZED content. If someone else holds the content copyright, do not use BlogToRank to post or manipulate that content without permission. (BlogToRank is not responsible for your actions)
You may not post excessively to jeopardize your BlogToRank License.
BlogToRank may be used in conjunction with contextual ads (like AdSense), paid ads, banners, affiliate programs and other e-commerce endeavors, but only if you follow strictly the policies of the ad or affiliate provider. (BlogToRank is not responsible for your actions)
BlogToRank is not a content scraper, content duplicator, or content stealing system. If any attempt to use BlogToRank as such is detected (which is easily done as every copy has it's own unique identifier), you're license will be terminated. (NO REFUNDS)
BlogToRank can be used to post RSS feeds to multiple blogs, but if you are not also posting other quality content, your account can be terminated (Just a FYI).
BlogToRank offers no REFUND at all. If you are in doubt about your continued use of BlogToRank, don't go no further.
BlogToRank will provide training an ('extra fee') training for end-users.
Using BlogToRank does require that you set-up blogs with third party blogging systems like Blogger, WordPress, TypePad or others. There may be a service to assist subscribers with this set-up, but please understand BlogToRank will not work until you have blogs set-up and ready to accept posts. BlogToRank is not responsible for system errors or account problems caused by third party systems.
Pinging with BlogToRank is an added free service and may be terminated if system resources or third party Ping relays prove problematic.
Sharing your BlogToRank License Key with unauthorized users is not permitted.
Computer MAC Address's are tracked using the License Key. If found that an attempt to install this program on another computer is made, BlogToRank has the Right to revoke the End-User's License and NO refund will be given. (Refunds are not given on Software Purchases)
Updates and upgrades are billed quarterly or when directed by any policy set forth by BlogToRank and it's Companies. If not up to date we reserve the right to allow any further usages or upgrades of the software.
We reserve the right to terminate the usage to BlogToRank at anytime.
