Welcome to BlogToRank. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlogToRank platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Jag Journey, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

• SEO audits, keyword research, and rank tracking
• AI video generation capabilities
• Dashboard API access for integrations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

BlogToRank offers subscription-based access to its services. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are quoted in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4.2 Recurring Charges

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before taking effect and will apply to the next billing cycle.

4.4 Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Usage-based charges (such as AI credits consumed) are non-refundable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Use automated systems to extract data (scraping) without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content and Intellectual Property

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAG JOURNEY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jag Journey, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Content you create, publish, or distribute using the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
